Rupert started at Ellis Terry in July 2010 and was with Ellis Terry for four years in their Wellington office, working primarily in electronics and mechanics. During this time, Rupert successfully completely his New Zealand Patent Attorney exams and was registered as a New Zealand Patent Attorney.
In 2015, Rupert joined Kilburn & Strode in their London office in the Engineering and IT group, where his work focussed on European patent prosecution.
Since his return to New Zealand in 2016, Rupert has consulted for Ellis Terry, and in April 2018 he joined to the Auckland office as an Associate.
